Request help from us

Winter Closure

Please note that our charity closes over the holiday period from:
19th December 2024 until the 7th January 2025

Will not be accepting referrals after Friday 13th December.
This will allow us to process requests before we close down. 

Alternative resources you can contact during this period can be found at the bottom of this page.

Who can use our Help Request Form?

Parents and carers can use it to enquire about getting our support.

GPs and other professionals can also use it to refer a family to us for help.

Alternative support during our annual winter closure

From 19th December to 7th January 

If you require support during this period please reach out to our local partners, listed below, for help.

Call the emergency services if you feel anyone, including yourself is at immediate risk of harm.

Health professionals

Health professionals must also refer children under 5 with learning and developmental delay to the local authority to access multi-agency education and health support using their form, found here
